We know that the <strong>diversity<\/strong> and <strong>talent<\/strong> of our teams are fundamental to achieving this goal, fostering an <strong>inclusive environment<\/strong> that has a positive social impact.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Our commitment to equality<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In order to achieve a fair working environment, our Equal Opportunity Committee promotes <strong>equal opportunities<\/strong> for women and men by developing <strong>equal opportunity plans<\/strong> and measures to promote employment, which is reflected in a workforce that consists of more than 10 different nationalities. This diversity is a reflection of our commitment to creating multicultural and inclusive teams that bring invaluable wealth to our company.<\/p>\n<p>We have achieved <strong>gender equality<\/strong> on our Board of Directors, reinforcing our commitment to the inclusion and <strong>promotion of female talent<\/strong>. We believe that a diverse environment is key to Importaco&#8217;s growth, enabling each individual to reach his or her full potential.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Promoting personal and professional growth<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Beatrice Rosso<\/strong>, International Business Development Manager, joined Importaco in 2020, bringing her background in Marketing Commerce and International Trade. She has participated in leadership training to develop her skills and broaden her professional profile, and states: \u201cImportaco has provided me with access to leadership training in which I have been able to develop competencies and I have learned to expand my professional profile.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Internal policies and gender perspective<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We have strengthened our internal policies to guarantee equal treatment and opportunities, promoting inclusive language and addressing gender inequalities in all our processes.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Looking into the future<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We remain committed to <strong>diversity<\/strong> and <strong>inclusion<\/strong> and strive to create a more equitable environment for all.
