In 2025, at Importaco, we strengthened our ability to grow in an increasingly complex environment. This progress reflects a clear conviction: sustainable business growth is built on a strong management model, a commitment to people, and a long-term vision.<\/p>\n

Throughout the year, we continued to strengthen our approach to people management, aligning our actions with the key impacts, risks, and opportunities identified through our double materiality assessment. We focused on quality employment, health and safety, diversity, equal opportunities, and professional development<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Today, our team comprises 2,549 employees<\/strong> across the countries where we operate. Their contribution is essential to our growth and to advancing a more sustainable business model built on commitment and talent development.<\/p>\n
