Today, we celebrate World Bee Day making a reminder of the key role played by pollinators in almond farming. Bees nourish from the nectar of the flowers, transporting pollen from one flower to another, allowing vegetation to reproduce and creating fruits.
Importaco farm integration plans are committed to the protection of this species and to the preservation of natural ecosystems. With this program, we ensure that farmers carry out agricultural practices respectful of the wildlife, using phytosanitary products responsibly and keeping wild habitats in farming areas.
“It’s vital to protect bees in almond farming areas for the sake of our ecosystem”
