Importaco closed the 2025 financial year with revenue of €1.012 billion, an increase of 12.7% compared with 2024, driven by growth in its nuts and mineral water businesses. Profit after tax reached €41.4 million, up 36.8% on the previous year, further strengthening the company’s financial position and growth capacity. For the first time in its history, Importaco has surpassed €1 billion in revenue, reinforcing its position within the food industry.
In volume terms, Importaco marketed 122 million kilos of nuts and 1.058 billion litres of mineral water, representing growth of 1.5% and 3.2% respectively compared with 2024.
Having exceeded €1 billion in revenue for the first time, Importaco will continue to drive growth through quality, operational excellence and its commitment to people and sustainability. In 2026, the company begins a new phase supported by its Strategic Plan, which includes investments of €140 million through to 2028 aimed at strengthening competitiveness and growth capacity.

We have demonstrated our ability to continue growing in an increasingly complex environment thanks to the commitment of our people, the strength of our management model and a shared long-term vision.”

Investment and industrial growth
Importaco increased its investments by 51%, exceeding €31 million, the highest figure recorded in recent years. More than €10 million was allocated to the mineral water business, primarily for capacity expansion projects and new bottling lines at the Fuente Arevalillo spring in Toledo. Meanwhile, more than €21 million was invested in the nuts business to support industrial growth, process automation, productivity improvements and enhanced logistics and manufacturing capabilities.
The company also continued investing in initiatives aimed at strengthening its industrial capabilities, incorporating new technologies and advancing towards more sustainable production models. These investments focused on process optimisation, increased production capacity, digitalisation and projects related to sustainability, traceability and efficient resource management.

Commitment to people
People remain one of Importaco’s strategic pillars. During 2025, the workforce grew by 2% to reach 2,549 employees. The company also continued making progress in diversity and leadership, increasing the number of women in senior and pre-senior management positions by 8%.
Importaco continued fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. In total, the company delivered 39,399 hours of training, 24% more than the previous year, through initiatives focused on leadership, team management and skills development, reinforcing its commitment to talent and cultural transformation.

Commitment to sustainable development
Importaco maintains a growth strategy aligned with Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria, embedding sustainability across all areas of its operations.
Throughout 2025, the company continued promoting a more sustainable agri-food model. Through its Agricultural Integration Strategy, Importaco surpassed 34,000 hectares managed under sustainable farming practices and collaborated with 670 farmers. Since 2020, the programme has increased managed farmland by more than 75% and the number of integrated farmers by almost 48%, strengthening both traceability and sustainability across the supply chain.
Importaco also continued developing initiatives related to energy efficiency, renewable energy, sustainable water management and the circular economy. Among these, the water reuse project implemented at the Snacks factory stands out, helping reduce water consumption and increase the reuse of process water.

Consumer focus and innovation
Throughout 2025, Importaco continued strengthening its quality, traceability and food safety systems, consolidating a management model focused on operational excellence. The company launched more than 150 new products across categories such as healthy snacks, plant-based products and new consumption formats, broadening its value proposition and adapting to emerging market trends.
