In 2025, at Importaco, we strengthened our ability to grow in an increasingly complex environment. This progress reflects a clear conviction: sustainable business growth is built on a strong management model, a commitment to people, and a long-term vision.

The people behind Importaco
Throughout the year, we continued to strengthen our approach to people management, aligning our actions with the key impacts, risks, and opportunities identified through our double materiality assessment. We focused on quality employment, health and safety, diversity, equal opportunities, and professional development.
Today, our team comprises 2,549 employees across the countries where we operate. Their contribution is essential to our growth and to advancing a more sustainable business model built on commitment and talent development.

Sustainability: Integrating impact into every decision
Sustainability lies at the core of our business model. We integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria into our strategy to create long-term value and contribute to the health and well-being of end consumers through responsible production.
This approach enables us to make more informed decisions and respond to environmental and social challenges through a management model focused on continuous improvement.
Innovation, efficiency, and quality across the value chain
Innovation remains a key driver of our strategy. Throughout 2025, we developed products that respond to evolving consumer needs, supporting healthier and more accessible lifestyles.
Digitalization and the adoption of new technologies have also been instrumental in helping us anticipate market changes. At the same time, we continue to reinforce a fundamental principle: quality and food safety are the foundation of trust.

A historic year for the company
2025 was a particularly significant year: for the first time, we surpassed €1 billion in revenue. This milestone reflects the strength of our business project and our ability to continue growing sustainably.
